CAREER TESTING
Skills - Find your career destination through our skill matching process. Assess areas in your learning index, verbal skills and numerical ability.
Interests - Find your “work-fit” by identifying your talents. Answer questions related to working in various occupations and find your pattern.
Behavioural Traits - Determine areas where you are high functioning and best suited. We will identify your own preferences and aptitudes for various work environments and daily work activities.

This assessment is a proven and verifiable psychometric instrument developed by several test development psychologists and specialists coordinated by Profiles International Inc. It is administered online, delivered to your preferred email address and can be completed at your convenience.

CAREER COACHING
A professional career expert will meet with you individually to review the results of your career test. The career expert will help you map out a strategy to determine a path to success.

This will include:

• Reviewing your top three career choices
• Compiling resources to move forward
• Equipping you with information to choose the career that's right for you

You will leave with an individual report, expert recommendations, and action steps leading to your career destination.

The coaching session takes approximately one hour. The career coach will call you directly to arrange a convenient time and place.

THREE EASY STEPS…

1st STEP REGISTRATION
Contact Us to request a registration form. You will have the option of returning this form by regular mail, fax or email. Once we have your registration, we will contact you for payment information.

2nd STEP CAREER TESTING
After we receive payment (by credit card, cheque or money order), we will supply you via email with instructions for using the online career test. Complete the test at a convenient time to you.

3rd STEP CAREER COACHING
Once the test is completed we will contact you within 72 hours to arrange your coaching session at a convenient location in your area.
